| Synopsis | This workshop will focus on computational tools, pathogen genomics, metagenomics, molecular epidemiology, phylodynamics and variant analysis, and how these approaches are reshaping modern virology. It will cover applications in virus discovery, outbreak reconstruction, diagnostics, vaccine and antiviral development, and translation of genomic data into clinical and public health action. |
